2026 Branch Election

Dear Member,

I write to inform you that pursuant to Section 11.1.1 of the Branch Model Rules by the next AGM holding on 23rd April 2026, five members of the Executive Committee (Exco) of the Branch will retire from the Exco. They are

  1. Seyilayo Ojo, SAN, C.Arb
  2. Funke Agbor, SAN, FCIArb
  3. Kola Mayomi, FCIArb
  4. Chioma S. Jack MCIArb
  5. Adeyemi Agbelusi, FCIArb

Elections will be conducted electronically on 15th April 2026 to fill vacant positions.

Kindly find attached the nomination form for the 2026 Ciarb Nigeria Branch Election. The form must be returned to the Branch Secretary on or before 5:00 pm on Tuesday, 10th March 2026.

PLEASE NOTE THAT only members with fully paid-up annual subscriptions will be eligible to nominate, contest or vote during the election.
